About?

The 4-week Circle of Security (COS) parenting course helps parents understand and interact with their child’s moods and behaviour. Developed in the US and based on more than 40 years of research it focuses on the relationships that provide children with emotional support. Using a gentle pace the program encourages parents to use a reflective approach to ensure they fully discover and understand the power of their relationship with their child on their child’s development.
The COS is a way of thinking about children that enables parents to look beyond the child’s immediate behaviour and think about how to meet their relationship and emotional needs.

Cost?

$300 pp for 4x 2hr sessions over 4 weeks
