Over 3 x 90 minute sessions, I will teach you the effective, effortless technique and you will have a chance to refine your practice during the course.
In sessions 2 and 3, we will discuss how to get the most out of your practice, how fatigue arises in the body (apart from no sleep!), how meditation launders off accumulated stress in the nervous system (!!) , how human beings differ from human “doings” and ways to improve your sense of aliveness.
On completion of this course, you will be a confident daily meditator and you will be able to check in with me about your mediation practice at anytime.
